SOCIETY’S RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    DAMAGE THROUGH EXHIBITS:  The Society will not be responsible for any accident that may be caused through or by any exhibit, and it shall be a condition of entry that each Exhibitor shall hold the Society blameless and indemnified against legal proceedings arising from such accidents.

2.   LOSS BY DISEASE: The entry form will be taken as a guarantee that animas therein are free from all disease so far as is known by the owner.  In the case of an infectious disease being spread through, or by an exhibit, the exhibitor will be held responsible.

            3.  FIRE:   Precautions will be taken to guard against fire, and to protect the
                 property at the Show, but all exhibitors will not be insured at the cost of
                 the Society.

4.   NO ENTRIES WILL BE RECEIVED EXCEPT ON THE CONDITION THAT: All disputes, objections and protests shall be decided by the Management Committee of the Show Society whose decision shall be final.

5.   NO ENTRY WILL BE RECEIVED FROM ANY PERSON DISQUALIFIED BY

THE QUEENSLAND CHAMBER OF AGRICULTURAL SOCIETIES:  No entry will be accepted during the period of disqualification.  Should any such entry be accidentally accepted, it shall, when discovered, be deemed void and the entry fee will be forfeited.

6.   PRIZES NOT CLAIMED:  All Prize monies, including Prize monies for Ring events, must be collected at the Showgrounds before the Show ends.  Prizes or money not collected, and for which no claim has been made will be considered to have lapsed after three (3) months, and will become the property of the Society.

7.   The Society reserves the right to add, delete or cancel any event.

8.    DISCLAIMER:  The Editor reserves the right at all times to be wrong.
